District 53 is comprised of about 20 Al-Anon electronic groups, specifically electronic groups that don't have specfic meeting times. Most of the groups in District 53 use email as their platform for meeting, however we have several other platforms represented such as Whats App,
The Groups Representatives (GRs) of District 53 meet via Zoom every 3rd Saturday at 5 PM UTC time (that's 12 Noon Eastern or 9 AM Pacific Time in North America). Our district meetings last about 1-2 hours depending on the nature of business. All GRs of District 53 are welcome!
